Our individually designed itineraries complement the school curriculum and bring the classroom to life!

• Close collaboration with you from the initial brief to the development of the final itinerary to ensure your goals are met.
• Itineraries (performing arts, educational, special interest, Disney programs or sports) can include anything from workshops, classes, training or competition to sightseeing.
• Our sightseeing includes all the major sites and ALSO sites that are not usually seen on an itinerary.
• Our Tour Directors are highly knowledgeable and, combined with specialist local guides where necessary, provide all the information and more that you are seeking.  You don’t have to do anything but chaperone your students and enjoy the tour. Everything else is done for you.
• When your itinerary is costed, we attempt to find ways of saving money such as utilising public transport where appropriate. 
• Sometimes we even find it is cheaper to take your own coach than a train between cities.

Once you are comfortable with the quote and itinerary, we offer the following:

• A full PowerPoint presentation to parents and students. This covers the itinerary, safety procedures, visas and passports, insurance, medical and more.
• Draft letters to parents if requested.
• If you wish, we will deal with difficult issues that parents may have
• We prepare and lodge the DFAT form for your group, which ensures that the government can assist in times of crisis.
• We provide packing recommendations and other useful information, including a list of FAQs which can answer parents’, teachers’ and group leaders’ most important questions.
• We check all passports and advise on visa requirements.
• We hold a comprehensive pre-departure meeting with chaperones or tour leaders to prepare them for the up-coming tour.

• 24 hour emergency numbers to ground operators, Latitude Group Travel and Tour DIrector while on tour.
• New coaches.
• Licensed, professional and knowledgeable 24 hour Tour Director.
• Advice to chaperones on safety techniques while travelling.
• Ground operations works closely with Tour Director to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our ground operators have between 15 and 50 years of experience each, in addition to our own 25+ years.

• All admissions, activities, some or all meals, gratuities and tips are included. You can choose the number of meals included. Your flights are also included, but are quoted separately so you can see the land and air costs clearly. We offer group air fares.
• We have group insurance that is available only for schools if you wish to purchase this. All participants must be insured to travel with us.
