In addition, we make an initial presentation to your group with the itinerary that has been developed with you and for you, along with safety procedures, insurance information, medical and dietary requirements. Your group will then know everything it needs to in order to commit to the tour

We have a pre-departure meeting about 4 weeks before you go so that your group, any chaperones or tour leaders understand their responsibilities and we give great tips on how to travel well and safe!
