All of our educational tours are custom designed to enable you to determine the theme of the tour. Tours may be more generalised with something for everyone or specialised for the science, drama, history, ecology, geography, social studies, culture, religion and arts departments. Languages may be a focus for our European, French Canadian, South American and Chinese tours.

We offer an all encompassing package of learning and travel, provided in one seamless process. All planning, preparation, logistics and hard work is done for you. All breakfasts, admissions, activities and tips are included in all our tours.  Any other meals can be included – the choice is yours

Latitude Group Travel is here to manage your needs from tour customisation to pre-departure meetings and our ground operators and the tour directors will look after everything on tour from logistics to informative, interesting and relevant commentary.

All our tour directors and guides are hand-picked, background checked and licensed. The tour directors are with you 24/7, meeting you at the airport from where you are immediately ready to begin your adventure. Your tour director stays in the hotel with you, is there to solve any problems and to make sure that your whole tour flows seamlessly. In many locations, such as the Western Front, the Louvre, revolutionary war locales, the terracotta warriors in China etc, specialised guides are employed, whose only role is to provide you with expert information and draw you into the experience.

There is a 24 hour toll free emergency number which enables tour participants to contact the ground operator (and tour director) at all times. Help is always there. A Latitude Group Travel staff member can also be contacted at all times while the group is on tour.

Group admissions/attractions are always pre-booked where possible in order to reduce waiting times. We want to maximise your enjoyment time.

Hotels are prescreened, generally with interior corridors for safety. For added peace of mind in the USA you can have a private security guard on duty at night, for our rooms only. Other safety procedures are discussed with the chaperones at our pre-departure meetings. Generally we use 3 or 4 star hotels depending on your budget. Hotels are clean, safe and well located.
