Performing can be the major focus of your tour and we offer sites
from festivals and prestigious venues to the local hospitals and schools. 

In both the USA and Europe our performance venues are the best available and, in conjunction with you, are chosen carefully to suit your group’s needs.  In China, most performances are in conjunction with local schools or at a formally organised event.

All our tour directors and guides are hand-picked, background checked and licensed. The tour directors are with you 24/7, meeting you at the airport from where you are immediately ready to begin your adventure. Your tour director stays in the hotel with you and is there to solve any problems and to make sure that your whole tour flows seamlessly. They understand the process of setting up and taking down for performances, moving instruments and are experienced in working with performing arts groups.

 

There is a 24 hour toll free emergency number which enables tour participants to contact the ground operator (and tour director) at all times. Help is always there. A Latitude Group Travel staff member can be contacted at all times while the group is on tour.

 

Group admissions/attractions are always pre-booked where possible in order to reduce waiting times. We want to maximise your enjoyment time.

 

Hotels are prescreened, generally with interior corridors for safety. For added peace of mind in the USA you can have a private security guard is on duty at night, for our rooms only.  Other safety procedures are discussed with the chaperones at our pre-departure meetings. Generally we use 3 star hotels depending on your budget.  Hotels are clean, safe and well located.
